End of the Year Adult Social: June
1, 2002 at the Garfield's house.
What a great day
(weather-wise) and a great time (people-wise). We got together
informally, everyone brought a dish (veggie or dessert), Phyllis
cooked great bbq chicken and hamburgs, and we ate and talked. The
double crown of the evening was (1) our final goodbyes to Rabbi
Jennifer and (2) a star-filled Havdalah service in the backyard. 19
people in attendance. Nice. Thanks to Phyllis Garfield for her work
and hospitality, and thanks to all of you for coming. |
