Alan
Garfield received a grant from the UAHC to assist in building a
large, shadow box frame to house our most recent past Torah
covers. These funds are part of a larger project that we have at
Temple Beth El to document the history of this small, but
vibrant congregation along the Mississippi River.
First comes the check...then the
work to follow. Here Lou, on the Regional UAHC Board,
announces the grant to the congregation and delivers it
(happily) to our former treasurer now vice president, Barry.
